1. Strategic Anchor Volume Packages
Strategic Anchor volume packages provide discounted per-poll pricing where the customer purchases and prepays for a specified number of polls as a single package.
The standard price for a one-off Strategic Anchor poll is US$8,500.
The volume packages currently offered are:
Volume package pricing, available package sizes and promotional offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to your package is the price displayed or otherwise agreed when you purchase it.
2. Nature of the Package
A volume package is a one-off prepaid purchase of the stated number of Strategic Anchor polls at a discounted per-poll rate. The advertised discount applies only where the complete package price is paid in full in advance.
A volume package is not a recurring subscription. It does not create monthly poll allocations, recurring subscription payments, automatic renewals or a fixed monthly usage requirement.
The discounted package price is provided in consideration for both the customer purchasing the complete stated number of polls as a single package commitment and paying the complete package price in advance.
3. Poll Entitlements and Package Balance
A 5-poll package entitles the customer to commission up to 5 Strategic Anchor polls. A 10-poll package entitles the customer to commission up to 10 Strategic Anchor polls.
Each poll remains subject to the Strategic Anchor Terms & Conditions, including our review and acceptance of the relevant polling brief.
A package provides access to polling capacity. It does not constitute automatic acceptance of any particular research brief.
After a poll is treated as used under these terms, the remaining package balance will be reduced by one poll.
We may also use information for other purposes where you have been notified of and, where required, consented to those purposes.
8. Changes to a Poll
Reasonable amendments may be permitted before substantive research preparation or fieldwork begins.
Material changes may require additional fees or another poll entitlement.
Once fieldwork has begun, material changes to questions, audience, geography, methodology or creative may require the original poll to be stopped and a replacement poll commissioned.
Cancellation and refund consequences are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Payment
To qualify for the advertised volume package price, the complete package price must be paid in full at the time of purchase. A 5-poll package therefore requires advance payment of US$40,000 and a 10-poll package requires advance payment of US$77,500.
The discounted per-poll rate is conditional upon receipt of the complete package payment. A customer does not qualify for the advertised volume discount merely by agreeing or intending to commission 5 or 10 polls over time.
Strategic Anchor may agree alternative or deferred payment arrangements in writing, but any such arrangement will be subject to separately agreed pricing and terms and will not automatically qualify for the advertised Volume Package discount.
Volume packages are not instalment plans. There is no recurring subscription billing or automatic renewal payment associated with a volume package.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are in US dollars.
10. Order Review and Acceptance
Payment in full for a volume package constitutes submission of an order request. Payment does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted any proposed polling brief.
Each individual polling engagement becomes accepted only after Strategic Anchor reviews and accepts the relevant polling brief in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
11. Failed, Reversed or Disputed Payments
If payment for a volume package fails, is reversed or disputed, we may decline to accept further polling briefs, suspend ongoing work where reasonably possible, suspend unused package entitlements or terminate the package.
Any refund or other financial consequence will be determined in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy, these terms and applicable law.
12. When a Poll Is Treated as Used
A package poll will ordinarily be treated as used once fieldwork or another committed delivery activity for that poll has begun.
Where a poll is cancelled before that stage, the treatment of the relevant package entitlement and any refund is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Cancellation of an Individual Poll
Cancelling a particular poll does not by itself cancel or reduce the underlying volume package commitment.
Refunds relating to an individual commissioned poll are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Cancellation of a Volume Package
Volume package pricing reflects both a commitment to purchase the complete stated number of polls and full prepayment of the complete package price at the applicable discounted rate.
Cancellation of the entire volume package and any resulting refund are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Strategic Anchor in writing, once fieldwork or another committed delivery activity has begun for any poll within the package, the package is non-refundable, including in respect of package polls that have not yet been commissioned or used.
15. Transfers and Resale
A volume package and its unused poll entitlements are provided to the purchasing customer and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, divided between unrelated customers or otherwise commercialised without our prior written consent.
We may approve reasonable use by an affiliate or related entity at our discretion.
16. Customer Delays
You are responsible for providing briefs, approvals, materials and information sufficiently promptly to allow polling to proceed.
Customer delay does not create additional poll entitlements, suspend any agreed payment obligation or create a refund right.
17. Strategic Anchor Delays
Where an accepted poll is delayed for reasons attributable to Strategic Anchor, the relevant package entitlement will not be lost merely because delivery occurs later than originally anticipated.
18. Ownership and Use of Results
Subject to full payment of the applicable standalone poll or complete volume package price:
you own the polling results generated specifically for your commissioned poll;
you receive an exclusive, perpetual licence to the Strategic Anchor report prepared specifically for that poll; and
Strategic Anchor retains ownership of its methodology, systems, technology, templates, software, know-how and other underlying intellectual property.
Results may be published subject to our Terms & Conditions. Prior written permission is required before publicly releasing or mass distributing a complete Strategic Anchor report.
19. Pricing, Taxes and Charges
Volume package prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and similar governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your purchase, other than taxes imposed on Red Rabbit South’s own income.
Foreign-exchange costs, bank fees and other charges imposed by your own financial institutions are your responsibility.
20. Refunds
These Volume Package Terms must be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Volume Package Terms creates a refund entitlement beyond that policy or any mandatory right arising under applicable law.
Disagreement with, dissatisfaction with or disappointment in polling results is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
21. Changes to These Volume Package Terms
We may update these Volume Package Terms from time to time.
Changes will ordinarily apply to new volume package purchases.
We will not retrospectively alter the agreed package price or number of poll entitlements for a package already purchased, unless required by law or agreed with you.
22. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in these Volume Package Terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Volume Package Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes or claims arising from or relating to these Volume Package Terms or a Strategic Anchor volume package.
