Strategic Anchor – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Strategic Anchor is operated by Red Rabbit South Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (“Red Rabbit South”, “Strategic Anchor”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website, placing an order, submitting a polling brief or purchasing a poll package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.

1. About Strategic Anchor

Strategic Anchor provides digitally delivered polling and research services designed to help organisations and individuals obtain structured audience insight.

A Strategic Anchor poll may include, depending on the agreed scope:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a standard Strategic Anchor poll contains a maximum of three polling questions.

2. These Terms and Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with the following policies, where applicable:

Where you purchase a multi-poll volume package, the Volume Package Terms also apply.

Where there is a specific written agreement between you and Red Rabbit South relating to a Strategic Anchor engagement, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

3. Placing an Order

An order may be placed through the Strategic Anchor website or through another ordering process approved by us.

Payment for a standalone poll or volume package constitutes submission of an order request. Payment does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted any proposed polling brief or agreed to conduct the requested research.

Following payment, you may be required to provide further information concerning matters including:

4. Acceptance of a Polling Brief

Every polling engagement is subject to our review and acceptance of the relevant polling brief.

An order for a particular poll is accepted only when we confirm that the polling brief has been accepted.

We may request changes to a polling brief before accepting it, including changes to:

We may decline to undertake any poll that we reasonably consider impractical, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, technically unfeasible, contrary to third-party platform rules, or likely to expose us or our partners to material legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

If a proposed poll cannot reasonably be delivered as requested, we will normally seek to agree an alternative scope with you.

Where no reasonable alternative can be agreed, cancellation and any applicable refund will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Research Scope and Feasibility

Polling depends on factors including audience availability, geography, digital inventory, response rates, the nature of the subject matter and the characteristics of the requested sample.

We do not guarantee that every requested audience, geography, timing or research design will be feasible.

We may make reasonable methodological, operational or targeting adjustments where necessary to achieve an appropriate and reliable research outcome, provided those adjustments do not materially alter the agreed research objective without your approval.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information, instructions and materials supplied to us are accurate, lawful and suitable for their intended use.

You warrant that you own, control or have obtained all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary for anything supplied to us or requested for inclusion in a poll, advertisement or related material.

This includes, without limitation:

You must not instruct us to use material in a manner that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personality, contractual or other legal rights.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from individuals whose image, name, likeness, statements or other identifiable characteristics appear in material supplied by you.

7. Prohibited or Unsuitable Research

We may refuse, suspend or terminate work involving content or activity that we reasonably believe is:

This right applies whether the issue is identified before or after a polling brief has initially been accepted.

8. Polling Methodology and Statistical Limitations

Strategic Anchor polling is designed to provide a reliable indication of audience opinion within the agreed methodological framework.

Where stated, confidence levels, margins of error, sample sizes and other statistical measures are estimates based on the achieved sample and applicable methodology.

Polling results are estimates rather than statements of absolute fact.

Research outcomes may be affected by factors including:

Where appropriate, methodological qualifications may be included in the final report.

We do not warrant that poll results will correspond exactly with the views of an entire population or predict future behaviour or outcomes with certainty.

9. Timing and Delivery

Any delivery date or timetable provided by us is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing that it is a binding deadline.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

We will use reasonable efforts to complete accepted polling work within the agreed or indicated timeframe.

10. Changes to an Accepted Poll

Reasonable changes may be permitted before fieldwork begins, subject to our approval.

Material changes may require a revised scope, additional charge or new poll.

Material changes may include changes to:

Once fieldwork has begun, changes to polling questions or other material aspects of the research may require the fieldwork to be restarted and may therefore constitute a new or additional engagement.

11. Prices and Payment

Prices are those displayed on our website, included in an applicable quotation, or otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, levies or similar charges imposed in connection with your purchase, except taxes imposed on our own income.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms.

Advertised Volume Package pricing is available only where the complete package price is paid in full in advance. A customer does not acquire a discounted Volume Package rate merely by indicating an intention or commitment to commission the relevant number of polls. Any alternative or deferred payment arrangement must be separately agreed in writing and will not automatically qualify for the advertised Volume Package pricing.

We may correct genuine pricing or technical errors appearing on the website before accepting an affected order.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, the general position is:

The retained amount reflects, among other things, payment-processing charges, banking fees, labour, committed resources and other costs incurred.

A customer’s disagreement with, dissatisfaction with or disappointment in polling results is not grounds for a refund.

13. Volume Packages

Volume Packages are prepaid products. The advertised 5-poll and 10-poll package discounts are conditional on receipt of the complete package price in advance.

Multi-poll volume packages are governed by our separate Volume Package Terms.

The Volume Package Terms address matters including:

If you purchase a volume package, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the Volume Package Terms.

14. Ownership of Poll Results

Subject to full payment of all amounts due, you own the results generated specifically from your commissioned poll.

For the purposes of these Terms, “results” means the substantive polling findings and data outputs generated specifically for your commissioned research.

Your ownership of the results does not give you any ownership interest in:

15. Strategic Anchor Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the Strategic Anchor platform, service, methodology, systems, technology, processes, designs, templates, software, branding and know-how remain owned by Red Rabbit South or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any such intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, adapt, extract, commercialise or use our proprietary methodology, technology, report structure or other intellectual property except to the extent expressly permitted by us in writing.

16. Licence to the Strategic Anchor Report

Subject to full payment, we grant you an exclusive, perpetual licence to use the Strategic Anchor report prepared specifically for your commissioned poll.

This licence permits you to use the report for your own business, organisational, research, strategic, political, advocacy or other lawful purposes.

Ownership of the report format, design, methodology, structure and any underlying Strategic Anchor intellectual property remains with Red Rabbit South.

The licence to the report does not transfer ownership of any Strategic Anchor intellectual property.

17. Publication and Use of Results

You may publish, quote, reproduce and otherwise use the results of your commissioned poll.

You must not:

You may reproduce reasonable extracts, findings, tables or charts from the report.

You must obtain our prior written permission before publicly releasing, mass distributing, publishing or otherwise making the complete Strategic Anchor report available in full.

Permission will not be unreasonably withheld where the proposed release is lawful and does not misrepresent our work.

18. Confidentiality

Unless you publish the results or otherwise authorise disclosure, we will treat your polling brief, unpublished findings and confidential business information as confidential.

We may disclose confidential information where reasonably necessary to our:

provided that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for the provision, administration or protection of the Strategic Anchor service.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.

19. Aggregated and Anonymised Information

We may use aggregated, anonymised or de-identified information derived from the operation of Strategic Anchor for purposes including:

We will not use this right to publicly identify you or disclose your confidential unpublished findings.

20. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Strategic Anchor may rely on third-party technology, advertising, media, data, payment, hosting and other service providers.

Certain aspects of the service may therefore be affected by matters beyond our direct control, including:

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

21. No Guarantee of Strategic or Other Outcomes

Strategic Anchor provides research and information to support decision-making.

We do not guarantee:

You remain solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of Strategic Anchor research and for how you use the results.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an engagement or access to the service where:

Any refund following suspension or termination will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Rabbit South will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with Strategic Anchor.

This includes, without limitation, loss of:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with Strategic Anchor, whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Red Rabbit South for Strategic Anchor services during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Your Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Red Rabbit South against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising directly from:

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these Terms, negligence or unlawful conduct.

25. Website Use

The Strategic Anchor website and its content are owned by or licensed to Red Rabbit South.

You must not:

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

26. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

Where such an event materially affects an accepted poll, we will use reasonable efforts to resume or adapt the service.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published on strategicanchor.io.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed commercial terms of a polling engagement already accepted by us, unless:

28. Notices and Contact

Questions concerning these Terms may be sent to:

Additional company and registered-office details may be displayed on the Strategic Anchor website or provided on request.

29. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except as part of a bona fide corporate restructuring or transfer of substantially all of your relevant business.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor or purchaser of the relevant business.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency between you and Red Rabbit South.

These Terms, together with any incorporated policies and accepted written scope, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the relevant Strategic Anchor services.

30. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore.

The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Strategic Anchor service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
